XModem To upgrade software to your switch via XModem, do the following:
1 From the Boot Menu, select option 1 (Download application file to flash)
to display the following:
1. Set TFTP protocol parameter
2. Set FTP protocol parameter
3. Set XMODEM protocol parameter

2 Select option 3 to display the following:
Please select your download baud rate:
1. 9600
2.*19200
3. 38400
4. 57600
5. 115200

Enter your choice(0-5):
3 Select option 2 to set the baud rate to 19200.
You will also need to change the baud rate on Hyperterminal to 19200
bps and select XModem protocol.
