Setup
Select a background image to apply to the DVD Menu screen of a video DVD
or a slideshow DVD.
To use a JPEG file in a DVD Menu
When “JPEG” is selected, you can set your favorite photo (JPEG file) for the
DVD Menu screen of a video DVD or a Slideshow DVD.
Using your computer, store only a single photo (JPEG file) for the DVD Menu
on the top directory in the memory card beforehand. Insert the memory card
into the DVDirect’s memory card slot before creating a disc.
Notes
Save only a single JPEG file in the top directory of a memory card. If there are many photos
in the top directory of the Memory Card, the desired photo may not be set for the DVD
Menu.
Use on certain JPEG files may not be possible in a DVD Menu.
Select whether to record background music onto a photo DVD (slideshow
DVD).
To use an MP3 file as background music in a Slideshow DVD
If “MP3” is selected, you can record your chosen music (MP3) as background
music for a Slideshow DVD.
Using your computer, store only a single MP3 file in the top directory in the
memory card beforehand. Insert the memory card into the DVDirect’s memory
card slot before creating a disc.
