Attaching the Carabiner
A carabiner with a clip comes with
the Oregon 300 and 400 series units
and is optional with 200 series units.
1. Position the carabiner clip in the
slots on the mounting spine of the
Oregon.

2. Slide the clip up until it locks in
place.
To remove the carabiner clip, lift
the bottom of the clip and slide the
carabiner clip off the mounting spine.
Calibrating the
Touchscreen
The Oregon screen does not
normally require calibration.
However, if the buttons do not seem
to be responding properly, use the
following process.
To calibrate the touchscreen:
1. While the unit is turned off, press
and hold the Power key for
approximately 30 seconds.
2. Follow the instructions on the
screen until “Calibration is
complete” is displayed.
