disconnect the headset or telephone base
from the telephone jack and connect a
different phone. If there is no dial tone on
that phone either, the problem is in your
wiring or local service. Contact your local
telephone company.
• Your telephone line cord might be
malfunctioning. Try installing a new
telephone line cord.
Troubleshooting
Your telephone may experience
interference from the headset. To
overcome this problem, move the headset
base at least 12 inches away from the
telephone.
Other electronic products can cause
interference to your cordless headset.
Try installing your headset as far away
from these types of electronic devices
as possible: television sets, VCRs, or other
cordless telephones.
