Overview
Specifications
GBIC specifications are listed in Table 3. GBIC transmitter power and receiver sensitivity values are
listed in Table 4.
Port Cabling Specifications
Table 5 provides cabling specifications for the GBICs that you install in the Gigabit Ethernet port. Note
that all GBIC ports have SC-type connectors, and the minimum cable distance for all GBICs listed
(MMF and SMF) is 6.5 feet (2 meters).
